I am using a O2 Mini S.

IPL/SPL 2.21.0001 I think it is a CID locked G4 Wizzard.
My new OS is shown in my Signature.

I am asking that is it safe for me to flash back to the original OS, namely,
O2 WWE WWE OP ID 2.21.4 2.21 2.07.10
The above OS is shown in the Wizzard Wiki --- original shipped OS.

I am also asking that if it is to do above flashing. Does that mean that it
is safe to flash an OS which has the same IPL/SPL as my device.

Thanks

downgrading isn't a problem, but most official roms are coded so that the rom update utility is for "UPGRADE ONLY" which may prevent you from downgrading. if that's the case, you may to flash down to the love or button rom (need to do a search for them) and then flash back up to your original.

Since your IPL and SPL haven't changed you shouldn't have a problem changing back to the original ROM. Just download the original ROM from O2's website instead of downloading it from the wiki if the link doesn't work.
