Can not open Contacts for Both PDAVIET 4.0.0.0.6 and Prophet Touch

Please help me,
I can not open Contacts for Both PDAVIET 4.0.0.0.6 and Prophet Touch.
I have try for few hour to upgrade and downgrade ROM, tried PDAVIET and Prophet Touch. Both of them dont let me run contacts. The contact opens for less then 1sec and closed.
I tried to activesyn contacts with my computer, it gave me an error that my phone runs critical low memory, asking me to close running programs. I did but still can not synchronize the contacts too.

my phone details:
Dopod 818pro
IPL 2.20
SPL 2.15.0000
GSM 02.19.21
OS 4.0.0.0

Do a hard reset
Press Camera + Comm manager button and stick the stylus in the litle hole beside the usb port then release the stylus but keep pressing camera and Comm manager button til some white test is displayed on screen then press the green phone button phone starts and you have your contacts

or goto start--- settings ---- system --- open Clear Storrage --- type 1234 in the box and press yes --- phone restarts and you'll have your contacts

For your information, in case you will ever flash your device again:
It is really necessary to do hard reset after flashing with Upgrade .bat. It's the final step to clean old WM5 stuff and use your new cooked WM6 without problems.
