My phone has radio version 1.41.00.10. Is there any place I go go to see what the latest version is and what changes each version makes?

Unless you're having a problem, I would recommend not changing the radio version. Doing so can cause problems.

The radio is one of those things where if it isn't broken, don't fix it, because you may make cause a problem that you didn't have before.
