I'm pleased to announce the availability of replacement casings for the HTC Prophet (I-mate JamIn, Qtek S200, XDA Neo or dopod 818pro), in a range of colours (light grey, dark grey, blue, black, pink ... see the attached photo).

So, if your Prophet has been damaged, or you are just looking for a change of style, feel free to PM me. The faceplates (front, camera and battery panel) are ONLY US$15 plus shipping (the delivery cost depends where in the world you want it shipped to). Your Prophet will look like new!

The complete case (front, battery, camera panels, mid section, buttons, and windows sticker) are US$30 plus shipping. The stylus and front button panel are sold separately.

I can also offer replacement batteries, chargers, screen protectors etc. Let me know what you need and I'll see what I can do.

The model shown in the picture only has the front and back panels (includes the battery cover / camera area). If you would also like a mid section, a stylus and a keypad, it will cost $20. I have attached a picture but it's not very clear, so I will upload a new one in a day or so.

These covers are not sold as the "genuine" brand covers, however they are usually made in the same factory. All products are checked before they are shipped to ensure they are good quality.

You were right. The front plate is metal, but the backing plates are plastic. The $15 set includes the chrome plating on the camera etc.
The $20 set is basically the same as the $15 set but includes a stylus and is in a nicer box.
I checked with the supplier and a full case is available (see first post) including front and back plates, stylus, buttons (camera, power, volume, comm manager, front panel with three chrome buttons), windows mobile sticker for the back. However it is more expensive. US $30 for the set.

You're right. The photo is for the XDA II, however I also have the same pack for the Neo/S200/Prophet/Jamin. If you don't need the stylus, the $15 face plates are better value.

I also have a cool stylus available. It's a stylus with a pen inside (the tip of the stylus unscrews to reveal the pen). Is quite useful when you can't find a pen around. It's US $7 (picture attached).

Postage to New Zealand (and almost all destinations) is US $8. The postage is only ever higher if you live in hard to reach places.

Cases may be branded as O2, Dopod, Qtek, or iMate.

Unbranded cases are not currently available, but I will let you know if they become available in the future.

The front, back and mid section with all buttons EXCEPT the front button panel is US $30 (also, there is no stylus). You can then choose either a silver or black front button panel for an additional $5. Regular shipping to France is US $8 (7 - 12 days). The total cost would be 30 + 5 + 8 = US $43.

I've asked my suppliers about the white case, because I get a lot of requests. I can get them, but I need to place a custom order of 1000 units, and I just don't think I can sell that many.

On the other hand, I can probably track down the headphones in the picture. At the very least, I can find an assortment of white headphones for you to choose from. I wonder if the iPhone headphones fit?

I have never seen any clear housing for the Prophet. I can supply a clear case, but it is not the housing (it is a hard plastic case that covers the whole PDA). Also, there are no clear keypads. Black or silver only.

My supplier sells me either the faceplates (front, back, and battery panel) OR the full case. They will not sell me the front cover separately, so I am not able to offer it separately.

If you need to replace the front cover, you will need to buy the set of faceplates (front, back and battery panel) ... US $15.

Well i received it 3 days ago and i changed it in 2,5 hours.
Its not hard but you have to be gentle.... really gentle. especially with the speaker wires.
You need tweasers/a tork screw/ a little +screw/and the " tool" for raising the case.

Finally recieved my housing from IPMART. It rocks! I also have a new speaker, which sounds only slightly better than my doctored broken speaker, but I don't care. I love it that the housing matches my headphones now, this is one tasty combo!

yesterday i changed my case with one from njbridges, it worked very well. the only negative thing is that now my camera-button doesn't work anymore, but you feel the "snap" while pressing. i think it's just a issue with the contact.

the front cover is slightly thicker than the original one, but you only notice that when looking at the buttons which end a bit lower than the cover.

the changing was quite easy, the only tricky part was the short cable of the rear speaker.

now I have also replace my case after a big crash & a total broken case. Now my device looks really as NEWWWW !!! All the buttons does work perfect! It was a bit difficult to open the device but with the tools provide by njbridges it´s possible!
Everything comes exactly at the time promised by him. The material is also exactly the same as the original provided by 02 here in Germany.

If the stylus slot is loose, you might not have put the camera panel on properly. You can try taking it apart and trying again, or you can just put a little clear tape around the middle of your stylus, and that will make it a bit thicker. Another option is to bend your stylus a very small amount, and then it will stay inside very easily.

i'm sorry to say this, but my new cover is now round about 3month old and at the bottom corners the metal face lifts form the plastic cover. i neither let my device fall nor put too much pressure on the device. it looks like the glue disengages...

They have black, white, and pink, as well as the front button pads (something I had trouble finding) in black and silver.
