Yes, i'm interesting to decrease also the height of the tabs, it occupies too many space for me because i use PocketBreeze for display appointment

It's impossible because you need space to open tabs like weather or contacts.Sorry.

If your ROM comes with the HTC Home plugin and the device\HTCHome directory does not exist then the plugin is probably installed to the \windows directory. Try putting the images in there.
