Upgrade problem please help

mine is a G4 device IPL 2.09 SPL 2.09.0000
i flashed several times my prophet with diferent wm6 roms but i allways downgrade to wm5, cause some issues i didn't like,
this morning i tried to upgrade to wm6 again, made the procedure
1 Hard reset
2 connect to pc and wait to activesync to come up
3 run upgrade utility and wm5 flash started
after a while the upgrading process stucked at 5% and gave an error, i don't remeber whitch it was,
but since then my prophet always turns on in bootloader mode, you can do nothing, even turn it off, the only way to turn it off is removing the battery,
when you put the battery again and press power on it starts in bootloader mode
the diference that i notice it's that now the bootloader shows
IPL 2.09 and SPL 2.09 not anymore SPL 2.09.0000
so i tried again to flash the prophet but it always give me this errors
300 when i used the wm5 spanish rom
and 274 conection problem when i use the temp pdaviet rom or the fantastic mobiz rom
when i plug the prophet to the pc the bootloader displayes USB but activesync never starts
what could be my problem i used the correct G4 roms

please somebody help me

Don't know for sure that it will help, but when you want to connect to your PC in USB mode (bootloader) you should first disable "Allow USB CONNECTION" in the conections settingpanel of Active Sync.

Try to search the new ROM update utility and try to reflash using it.

i have a problem with my neo..
got new update of wm 6. 4..0.0.0.1 version..
phone gets switched off by itself.. sometimes..
when sms comes or i recieve a call..
i fear it has become a black brick..
plz help me out..!!
and..
one more thing..
is there any was to restore my contact.. i had a backup in wm 5..
the back up file when restored in w m 6..
contacts don t open.. then again i hjave to hard reset it..
lost my contacts and documents.. but i stii have that back up file..
plz help me out..

For the WM6, try Gullum V6 Touch...
Now for the contacts problem - flash WM5 back, restore your contacts and back up them with PIM backup 2.5 (use search you will find it in the forum somewhere).After reflashing the WM6 you will be able to restore them again. The other option is to use Outlook to synchronize.

It's beter NOT to use any backup software when you migrate from WM5 to WM6 or the other way around. Sync first with your desktop ans sync back after upgrading. The standard location are not the same, so it is messy when you replace the files to their original positions.
