free GPS navigation systems

Can anybody suggest me a reliable GPS navigator program - for free - from the internet? But it needs to be for Turkey... anyone, anyone? thanks in advance

Google Maps, and Windows Live Maps can show your position on their maps, but they dont give speech to text or approaching distances.
