the sound a custom alarm makes when it
want to notify you then

you clic the bell in alarms in clock & alarms

if you want to add your own sound copy it to \windows

just somewhere in the dir
on my device
one way to check is to look in \windows
for the other wav files that show up
in your sound dropdown box under alarms
