i don think so when i was buying 4 gb i found that only upto 60x will work. so be carefull while buying.

Hello, Reza! Yes, Qtek S110 DOES work with flash-card SD Transend 150X. I use it myself, tried with 2 different roms.

I've been using two different Transcend 4GB 150x SD cards for about a year with my Imate Jam and have never experienced any problem at all. It's a silver (64MB RAM) Jam, but I gotta think it'll be the same story with the black. Note that these cards are NOT "SDHC"; the Jam isn't compatible with that spec.

Sorry to dig up this old thread, but I'm interested in 4GB cards for my Magician too. Managed to find a 150x 4GB Transcend at a local store. Is it 100% compatible with the phone? Because I've read reports of certain cards not working on a small number of models. I bought mine early on, around January of 2005. Also, there's a normal 4GB Transcend selling for cheap on the net. I'm guessing normal 60x ones, would that work? Thanks.

I've used the 150x 4gig card in both my 128mb and 64mb imate jam. It has worked flawlessly in both.
