Hi, one day a few months ago my Exec went into flight mode and stubbornly stayed there through a number of soft and hard resets.
The phone was unlocked but I guess now it will be locked back to O2 (does anyone know how unlocking persists through resets?).
I sent it to a company who flashed the phone and sent it back, which didnt fix the problem but I paid 30 pounds for the privilege.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? Has anyone experienced and subsequently fixed this problem?
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated before I have to battle it out with the company's customer services for not fixing the problem.
