Everytime I Flash A New Rom....

heh heh, everytime i flash a new rom onto my hermes, i have to go through t he boring long job of re-installing every app that i previously installed, even though the program files are on my memory card, nothing is showing on my phone, is there a easy way of re-installing apps?????

Use Tools > Add/Remove Programs

There are a couple of options:

1. Build your own custom ExtROM (check the wiki for instructions)
2. You can use settings savior (search the forum for it)

just use a file explorer (i use Resco File Explorer (you can get a 30 day trial)) and then simply browse to the EXE in the SD card, Hold Tap, click Send-to, then StartMenu as Shortcut..

then go to /windows/startmenu and see if everythings all there :) (put in the "Programs" folder if need be)

once you have all your installed files, hold tap on "Programs" and then "Compress archive" and make it a ZIP, now whenever you re-flash your phone, simply extract this zip to /windows/startmenu :)

thats what i do and it works a charm! you can even make sub folders and as long as its in the zip folder everything will be great!
