Very Big Upgrade problem!

Hi everybody.

Today i tried to upgrade my O2 xda mini with GERMAN ROM installed. I would put italian ROM 1.12. I follow all the instruction reported in forum but after few minutes Maupgrade_NOID have stop and the xda is turn in Bootmode.
I have Vista and Mobile Center Device with USB connection untick.
Now seems like Xda have no ROM installed and the flash via SD don't work. I have no Backup of Original ROM

Someone can help me please?

1. enter bootloader mode
2. connect the usb to pc
3. any rom install via Maupgrade_NOID (no sd boot - direct usb conn.)

Fortunately it was only a problem with the PC O.S.
In Vista there are many problem of compatibility
I Installed XP and all gone very good....
ROM Upgraded in italian and XDA mini work perfectly!!!!!
