I updated the rom to this folowing this thread
NEW ROM: RUU-Prophet-AKU2.2-2.20-2.47.21-Jester-r1 and can be seen on this link. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=284578
but after running the programm and doing a hard reset appears the black screen where it says"

Press SEND to restore factory defaults, or other key to quit.

then a pressed SEND and appears this "FORMAT FAT something" and then "FORMAT INVALID" and just appears the bootloader screen and two lines.

one with the IPL
and the other with the SPL

but none information about the GSM or OS

I've tried reinstaling the official rom from Imate site, but the appears this message

"ERROR [326]: The NBF file cannot be used for your pda phone please check your NBF file."

I hope you can help me. Thanks for your support.

Did you use the right ROM for your device? G3 or G4?

On the bootloader screen there are these:

IPL 1.00

SPL 2.20.0001

So, if I'm not wrong my device is a G4, right?

I hope I didn't screw up.
Thanks for your attention.

I'm not an expert, but it definitely looks like you flashed it with a G4 ROM.
I hope that your SPL ended with 0001 also before the upgrade. Otherwise you flashed a G3 chip with a G4 ROM.
