Problem "USB or "Serial v1.02"

Hey guys!
I tried to upgrade my HTC Magician to the MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe Upgrade.
So far so good..
but now my PDA is stuck in some sort of bootloader, and I can't get it up and running again!!!

Please advise!

Hardreset! Oh wait a Did you connact the device to the USB cable after you put it in bootloader mode? Then it will change from serial to usb.

My Magician can change "Serial" to "USB", but I cannot reflash it.
btw, I tryed MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe and MaUpgradeUt.exe both. The problem seems like the RUU cannot get Magician data.
Need help!

Try pressing the camerautton, the power button and the reset with the stylus at the same time, see how this goes. If it doesn't, then it will need reflashing
