Well i do not have any of your problems.. So i think you are doing something wrong.. The problem with E-mail, WLM and GPRS settings is probably because you use the stylus to soft reset the phone. This makes the phone lose all its settings. Therefore i would suggest you use a program like PsShutXP. This program can soft reset like when you use the stylus, but it writes your changes to the registry before it resets, which makes your phone not loose your settings.. I had the same problem like you untill i began using psshutxp.
You could also just make a clean shutdown as soon as you have done your changes. Just hold the shut down button until a warning comes up, and then answer yes.. Then turn back on..

What about WM6 stop responding. You have to use the pen for reset. This will may cause loosing those settings. This is not an acceptable solution. I use soft reset programs and it is true but othewise...
:( I have to reinstall everithing all the time. I'm loosing my patience. No one is able to remedy that problem?

Hi guys,
I am sure that you all know about MS WIndows, if you push the reset button on your computer, the running application and data will be lost.
Do the same with ur PDA, Just close your application after you used it (using task manager or something else), so if it is freeze your data still available in your PDA.
I hope it might be helped.
sorry if i have mistaken :D

I haven't seen anyrom yet that lets you be able to do this. But just make your changes (GPRS settings, WLM settings and more) and then shut down the device and after that turn it on again. Then you cant lose those settings.. And if it freezes, use the stylus, the settings that you have changed before the normal shutdown will still be saved.

I know that but with one single notification... On PDA, mail is everytime opened and cannot be closed. Once you reset the device, will loose mail settings. All the data setting in your mail are stored in "cemail.vol". This cannot be saved because is opened all the time.
