o2 orbit and German to English winmob 5.0?

Hello all!

I have o2 orbit with german windows mobile 5.0. I would like to update to English. As i read i must flash rom with english.

I have one procedure and i dont know if is corect.

1. on phon get SSPL-TRIN.exe and run it.
2. on PC run eng rom
3. connect phone and PC
4. wait 10min and this is it?

Is this procedure OK?

Which rom i must use?
