i had this done on my wizard, but there appears to be nobody thats done it on the universal which it desperately needs

any other tips on improving cingular reception do let us know

I trust you know that your universal has a connection port for external antenna

BTW I have no trouble with the reception of my Universal (T-mobile MDA pro)
