I've got an unlocked Vodafone v1415 from eBay (from one of those companies who handle returns from Vodofone) which is a re-branded HTC S710, which I think it also know as a Dopod C500 - boy this is confusing!
I thought I was going mad that all the reviews I read about the S710 said it came with Live Messenger but I couldn't find it. After a lot of digging around, I came across this forum and discovered that Vodafone had, some some reason, stripped it out :mad:
How do I go about getting it back? Can it be installed from a CAB file or do I need to reflash the ROM? How easy is the later? I've re-flashed a Motorola K1 before and that was a bit scary :eek:
