over the past few days my exec has been getting worse and worse, originally the battery would run down really fast, ive read over previous posts about what people where saying about their battery problems but mine dsnt seem like most of them as the battery fully runs out before it turns off, it just does it much faster than it used to, and ive checked all my settings to help preserve the battery and none of them have changed, so i guess i just need a new battery.
next the screen turns off at random times and sometimes only works when the screen is facing one way.
i also have problems with the backlight sometimes it just turns off when i check the backlight settings, they have usually been reset, sometimes when i turn them back on the backlight comes back on and sometimes it just stays off.
it also experiences lots of lagging and often just freezes, when i soft reset the problems just continue.
recently i have also been having problems with the sound, the phone rings when someone phones but then i cant hear them and they cant hear me, also all of the other sounds that would usually come from the phone, dont.
i have hard re-set the phone, and all of the problems are still happening.
please can anyone give me any help, im not very technically minded when it comes to my phone so i may not understand all of your advise but i would be grateful for it anyway.
