Axel WM6 ROM and Orange UK

hi all

I recenly flashed using Axel's latest (and great) WM6 ROM.

Since then, I've started getting very starnge looking text messages, completely blank, and sent from nonsense 'numbers' written as pairs of symbols, such as:

_@

&@

^@

I spoke to Orange, and it was asked whter I'd modded or used 3rd party software, to which I obviously answered yes, and it was explained to me that this was Orange's network 'spooling messages' to my phone, which now could not undertand.or handle them correctly.

I now get these strange texts instead of answerphone notifications, and missed call notifications. Orange obviously will not support this.

Is there any way to correct this behaviour?

can someone post the correct cab for Axel's ROM for Orange as the one I see on the forums before did not work for me.

Apologies. I use many forums, and always try searching before posting new questions, or adding to an existing thread. no idea why i didn't think to this time :o
