Problems With HTC Comm Manager in XDA M6 r3

I am quite happy with this ROM.
But suddenly Comm Manager has start behaving weirdly and becoming useless.
When I launch it all 10 icons appear overlapped at the top left square.
Any idea? Any help?
Any way to maybe download and install a newer version?
