find the "default" welcome screen (i guess you can google it) .. the file name is welcomehead.96.png in windows folder. You have to overwrite this file with the one you found and do a soft reset.

I don't know about the default dial skin , by i got my dial skin in the same thread. You can always search for these things, using the search tab ;)

don't worry about it, just overwrite the file and do a soft reset.

EDIT : My bad ! Well you can always photoshop it ! i don't have the one for prophet.

It is suppose to be square (i.e. 320x320) so that it will be alright for both portrait and landscape mode. If things went well, it should display it nicely.
