As u might have seen,coolgadget wants to leave us.I wish to have this something like a petition and ask him to stop.Let the number of us make him change his mind.All those who enjoyed the ROMs and other things from the site,please add a post as a sign.

I'm sorry that the devs are feeling upset by comments from a small minority of users, but guys they ARE a small minority. I for one really appreciate the work done on the ROMS and the support provided by some very talented people on these forums.

i understand your point and disappointment. however, you have people who like you and who don't like you. this is life and if it would be different, something would be wrong. the only what you can do is to is to ignore/disregard the one you don't like and to go on. i would appreciate if you would stay but in the end it is your decision and this i will respect.

I don't post a lot but read every day. Without these guys, this site will take a turn for the worse.

I have to say that I'm not the most succesful of searchers - but am now just going to refresh how to do it most effectively - is there a top tips for searching - I know that is should be self explanatary but can you change the views etc.

Maybe a sticky on the best way to search which was at the top of every page might be a way to discourage repeat posts.

But to re-iterate guys - PLEASE DON'T LEAVE !

Meh, I think everyone should be working together on roms, not just a bunch of leechers waiting for few guys to cook stuff for em in their spare time.

Look at open source projects - what we need is some kind of leadership that can divide tasks that are needed to cook a new rom version.

There sould be:
*ppl hacking some apps
*ppl looking for new/better apps
*ppl digging in registery
*ppl making packages
*ppl testing base roms
*ppl packing packages into base roms
*etc
*etc

Everyone would learn in process and contribute. Get the idea?

As everyone knows, Coolgadget and Tom are about to leave this great forum because of some lasy *ù$ù*ù :mad: that cannot use the search button, and are always complaining about the bugs or the 3% error (learn how to read) ! But people are still asking the same questions.

CoolGadet & everyone else. I dont post often, if at all, but once every few months I will visit, and find some cool toys, and thats down to you guys and girls. On my latest vist I upgraded my o2 Orbit and v1605 to WM6. Thanks to the search button everything i have wanted ask has been answered well. (Might explain why i dont post.)

This is my thank you and only post for a long time. Please stay on behalf of myself and the millions of people like me who use this site, who never post a thank you. For in in our hearts and minds we are very greatful to you and the work you put in.

Thing is that ppl asking questions and not serching are not gona find our posts telling em to search. So the answer is to make FAQ and NOT answer questions answered in FAQ. Any other way it is just not gona work. Period.
