I have to ask what is in store in your new ROM 02 Premier Plus?? Is there a time scale for its' release yet?

I have tried all the ROMS that come and go on these boards and am still very pleased with Artemis Touch 1.0 WWE - Full, I think it is the most stable ROM so far...:D

Can you spill the beans on your plans...

It will be released over the weekend - final testing now.
Includes updated audiomanager (same skin) but now plays when in standby mode.
Most of the apps are included from artemis touch full including hbutton setup, notem,1 calc lite, tpcmp, xnview pcm keyboard....
The ability to add cube by cab if required (blue design)
Still has 51mb total storage memory and 27mb free program memory after soft reset.
It runs as well as standard version :)

It will be ROM without the cube in default ? And cube will be only separately installable option (cab) ?
From my point of view, it is very good idea !! Cube is nice toy, it is good to amaze friends, but I guess that most of people dont use it. I dont need any cube when I have HTC home ...

I eagerly await this new rom as your original is my keeper at the moment. A question, you say you are including the CM Keyboard but is the HTC Phonepad staying? For me this is far better for texting and was something I had been wanting scince getting this phone but just couldnt find an app anywhere until I tried your rom (my first), CMKeyboard is very good but still needs some care when using on the move. If not remaining perhaps you can let me know where to get.
Be good to see the new rom, just dont give up life to meet your publics demands ;)

Also i would like to see this rom without touchflo as i read some people including me can't get it to work properly.

other than that this first version rocks big style. i prefered the mms/sms all in one also (i know some dont agree with me but hey, personal prefs)

Last few days - being bed ridden - had all the opportunity to install, re-install and re-re-reinstall all the roms circulating...I finally settled on the O2 Premium ROM - not because - I am not a fan of Tom's - His ROM was fantastic - the Artemis too was superb ! but my preferences lies in the fact that - if I dont use something - no point having on the phone.

My 2 cents on new ROM;s that come up -

The Lite version along with the reduced apps - should also exclude the Cube ! - I have been using the Toms 4.0 for ages and realized that I had next to never used the Cube. The HTC Home page suffices more than ever on that is required instantly.

Secondly - Apps like Acrobat Reader LE - should also be left out - to be installed based on individual preferences - it is 1.38MB in size and can be run from the storage card - so I see no reason to have it on the main memory !

All said and done - I think the ROM's provided by Mark and Tom are great and I applaud their efforts.

The Orbit/Artemis/Dopod - would'nt be the same without their efforts and the support of all their collegues.

Same here. Love it so far !! Especially the MENU button with the shortcut to SMS !! I have an O2-SMS Flatrate and need quick access to sms :)
Pretty fast ROM. I am very happy with it.
Changed the DialerButtons though.

You're O2 ROM is my favorite and it's staying on my phone. I would like the audio manager to play in sleep mode, but I just spent 2 days configuring my phone to my liking. Is there a registry edit to make the audio player play in suspend mode or is this somthing that requires the new ROM? If not, I'll live with WMP for now. Excellent ROM man!

But on 1st impressions it looks just as cool as original but now has all the apps from the Touch, exactly what it said on the tin!

How does Meschle's new "Meschles (NEW ROM) O2 WM6 PremierPlus 1.0 WWE" ROM compare to his "Meschle [NEW ROM] Artemis Touch 1.0 WWE FULL" ROM ? What are the main differences?

If you still want to use this rom - download pocketcm - get theme.cmt change name to theme.zip - unzip and place contacts in \windows using total commander.
btw dont cross post - i read all the threads.

Main difference from artemis touch is that there's no cube - this is my hobby, believe it or not i do it to relax.

First of all, very nice ROM. There is not at all a battery drain like in the B&B-Versions and all I tested so far is running fine.

I did not use the artemis touch ROM, as I do not need the cube.

the step by step for changing pocketCM-style was working fine for me. I only copied the theme.zip contend to /windows. (no need for downloading an installing pocketcm in plus-version (of course)

the only issue for me is how to change the skin of audio manager while keeping the feature of still playing music, even on suspend mode. Ideas are welcome :)

Backlite is ok again. And battery drain is ok again, too. Maybe that was my problem with the b&b 4.0. Strange! Is there an app for repeating notifications for missed calls?

Where did you download pocket cm?

I tried it a few times. no way with the version of the cab. you shared. I tested 4.1 ROM - here WMP and am keep on playing in suspend...

Tilo wmp does not normal play in suspend so must be an os fix. To solve with my rom - goto \windows copy audiomanager.exe - install cab - overwrite audiomanager.exe with total commander - copy and paste.

Hi Meschle, What you have done is nothing short of superb and you deserve all the acclamtion that you get. I have installed Prem Plus and the latest Radio, with no hitch whatsoever, and thank you.

My question that you are expecting is...can I change the icons on the start page as I rarely use MMS and a previous post shows a profile button as well that I believe you took out as 'buggy', is there a facililty to personalise this area? If not is there likely to be in the future?
