tiagofa already release it Here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=323841). In a wrong topic since is out on G4 Section and is an official
rom so it could be flashed on G3 also.

You could also check the modified version of this rom. P4k1t0 as
removed de IPL ans SPL upgrade. So with this rom only your OS is updated.
