MDA Compact II (Charmer) camera don't work

My MDA Compact II isp :2.06 spl:20.6 rom WM6 GSM 2.61
the camera don't work.I found the camera reg:

I installed camera patch signed_camerapatch_ov9650.sa.cab ,
the reg updated SensorType =dword:00000002,but i reboot the phones ,the reg become SensorType =dword:00000000
help me! thanks!

just make a hard reset and see if it works, if not, then its not software problem but hardware.
