continue of this thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=319663&page=2).

Did you rename the file and to what? Do you use it with any of the VOX_USPL zip files I posted? Have you taken out your memory card? Have you made sure you don't autostart programs? Have you tried the VOX_USPL which works on Vox (uspl_jockyw.bat), of course rename the file accordingly?

I used your last version of VOX_USPL.zip (671kb)
Now, made a full app/registry unlock, renamed my splitted spl to SPL116.nb, removed a MicroSD card, launched a uspl_116_jockyw.bat, and followed instructions - pinguin->white screen->reboot (and turn off in certain cases)
The device is undiscoverable for Windows PC (mtty and ruu aren't discover an usb port/device)

btw, i also tried an early version of VOX_SPL (721 kb) too

Have you made sure you don't autostart programs?
Hm? I have a SmartFilter, ClockOnTop, BatteryGauge, and xBar in autostart
ps. but also tried with a clean device (after hard reset and app unlocked)

pps. Can you explain why we must take out a memory card?

Try the later version of the VOX USPL (671Kb):
http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=47865&d=1187847514

Run uspl_116_jockyw.bat and no need for pressing any buttons on your device. Run it with the original Vox files and also try it with the stripped StarTrek SPL and rename it to USPL116.nb

You should boot your device w/o SD card and w/o starting up any programs. Just run uspl_116_jockyw.bat when your device is fully booted. This is to ensure that WM can not pollute the memory at 0x8c000000

Where can I find some fact sheet on the StartTrek?

I tried it too

Run uspl_116_jockyw.bat and no need for pressing any buttons on your device. Run it with the original Vox files
Tried - pinguin, hangs up at pinguin screen, and after ~5 seconds device turns off

and also try it with the stripped StarTrek SPL and rename it to USPL116.nb
pinguin->white screen->reboot

Well, then I'm afraid you're on your own.
Good luck!

PS: I did find a factsheet on the US HTC site. It has the same CPU as the VOX (TI OMAP 850)
