WM6 Weird problem

Ok now Wm6 is really cool , fast and stable .. BUT WTF happened to my device ? It suddenly resetted itself and the Funny thing is that it wont accept my Screen lock PASSWORD !!! it's the 3rd time it HAPPENS. i know that there are threads talking about this Problem but none has provided a real solution. HOW CAN I UNLOCK THE SCREEN WITHOUT LOSING everything installed on the device ? Please Hint me . Many thanks

If you search this forum you will find the thread about this problem.
Until now there is no solution but hard-reset it.

I would like to know if there is any alternative software to LOCK the PDA because i dont feel like using the WM6 one again , 4 Hard reset are enough for me. Any software Guys ? Thankss.
