are you sure?

I have looked there already and still cannot locate "remove programs" or "bluetooth" under the settings tab (bluetooth most important at the moment for my bluetooth headset)...

I'm using Axle's 3.06 Rom.

Am I missing something?

You need to have your shortcuts point to cplmain.cpl which is located in the windows folder.
For example, for bluetooth make a shortcut that includes the following:

22#ctlpnl cplmain.cpl,23

22 identifies # of characters, while 23 denotes bluetooth.

For more information search the forum under cplmain.cpl
