Every time I try to run USL or update the ROM I get this error message after about 3-5%: The image file is corrupt. Can you help?

I sometimes get this if my firewall and antivirus is enabled

Antivirus and Firewall are disabled.
I tried to enter the bootloader mode by pressing the record key and reset, but the PDA just resets.

Just wanted to let you know that I have managed to update the ROM. I cannot tell why but it worked the 10th time! :-) Sorry I cannot give any siggestions to anyone with the same problem.

I got this error when trying to install newest Codon Rom on my device without cid-unlocking the device before. After I cid-unlocked the rom I did not get the "image corrupt" warning.

I did not try to reproduce it after I installing the rom, maybe you could give this a try.
