T-Mobile Compact III shut's down!?!

I have an MDA Compact III, after loading differents ROM's and playing around with my CPU! I had overclocked it to 273 MHZ, my MDA suddenly shuts down...

I have loaded different ROMS back but the problem keeps consisting. I don't know what it is... When i have it in my pocket it power off's. Suddenly, it happens one time after 10 minutes and another time after 10 hours!

I am in desprate need in your help... DOES anyone know how to reslove this or how i can get the original rom on it so i can send it back for a repair....

I have the same problem. Artemis shut down randomly (no led blinking, shut down totally) and at times will not start, if I press power button. I try flash other ROM, RadioROM. Please Help, and sorry for my english ;)
