O2 XDA II mini

I am seeking for help.

Which upgrade is suitable for O2 XDA II mini ?

How can I restore ROM from SD card ? Because, I recently downloaded 2.03tx and I cannot hear all incoming and outgoing call (unless speak phone). and trying to restore back but not successfull.
