OK Second post so soon!
I'm not sure if it's WM6 or hardware related, but I was wondering if the signal strength for Wifi could be boosted (apart from the power saving settings I found) or if it was a limitation of the OS / hardware. My Laptop shows 80-85% strength but the 9100 only shows 40% max when they are in the same position. I realize that the Wifi antenna in the 9100 must be very small in comparison to the laptop so I guess that will be the problem.
