it's in the zip file of most wm5 roms as a txt file
1. Start your device in bootloader mode by pressing and holding down:
DPad + PowerButton + ResetButton
After a second release ResetButton, then release the rest of them.
Your screen will show word "Serial" at the top.
You are in bootloader mode now.
2. Place your device in the cradle, ensuring that the cradle
is plugged directly into a USB port on your PC and not to a hub
and that the power supply is connected to the cradle.
It is also a good idea to disable any screensavers on your desktop PC.
Once your device is cradled, the text on the screen will change to "USB".
3. Run HimaUpgradeUt_noid.exe
4. Sit back and wait for the Congratulations screen to be displayed
on your PC. Your device will still be displaying 'Upgrading radio stack, please wait',
but as long as the PC says it is done, then its all OK.
5. Detach your device from the cradle.
6. Now you have to hardreset your device.
Press ResetButton and hold down CameraButton + RecordButton.
Hold them pressed until the "Boot Options" menu appears on the screen.
Select the options as follows:
(for selecting use RecordButton, change values with CameraButton)
Enable KITL -> NO
Clean Registry Hive -> YES
Format Storage -> YES
When done, press DPad and wait until OS starts.

For the current WM6 ROMs you also need to do a couple of things after that (I believe because they are still really testing ROMs).
From the c_shekhar ROM readme:
Once the device comes to life after hard reset for the first time, goto Settings-->Connections-->USB to PC and check the advance network functionality.
And from utak3r :
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\Events]
"SYSTEM/BatteryAPIsReady"="Battery Interface APIs"
(explanation/step by step here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=1484842&highlight=SYSTEM%2FBatteryAPIsReady#post1484842).

Nope - flashing a ROM erases everything from the previous ROM (except the radio stack and (I believe) the ramdisk) so it does not matter what you had before.

Although flashing itself doesn't erase your ramdisk, but hard reseting your Hima does it ;) so...
There're 3 things you can flash... OS (that's what you're most interested in), radio stack (separately) and Button... The latter you shouldn't even touch, if you don't want to brick your Hima :eek:

If you will run out of power, you will have to just start again, after charging it. The rule is - better have it at least 50%.

Illbasha ROM? Good choice for wm2k5 :D
Why my extrom gone? how i could put it back or install a new one?
Well, extrom in wm5 is unused on Hima. If you don't plan returning to wm2k3, search the forum for reformatting your disk-on-chip (DOC) in order to join extrom with storage - thus getting storage as big, as 32MB :D
after i mastering everything Hima
So.... you won't get it soon :p
Thanks utak3r now im learning fast on PPC lols:D
Now my device info
ROM Version:6.0
ROM Date: 09/08/07

i would enter the bootloader and reflash
and watch out for any errors it might give in the upgrade process
and double check that the nbf is valid for the device
and located in the same dir as the flashtool

Thx Rudegar,
I've enter the bootloader (v1.06) (radio 1.17.00) and reflash with no error.
the nbf file is valid and located in the same dir as flashtool.
The device still won't start.
When i try flashing to WM 2003 SE, it's working smooth.
What's wrong with my device?
TIA
