WIFI and WPA

Can anyone connect to routers using WPA?
i used to connect using, if im not mistaken, WM5 tuma version.

With WM6 i cant.

I do connect successfuly to my WPA network. Sometimes I need to turn off and on the WiFi, as although it seems to be connected, no data goes through.

at my home i have normal WPA, at my work place WPA with personal certificate.
it just keeps connecting but it does nothing. it seems it gets refused
