Accessing Windows Folder in Mogul using Vista....

I don't know if anyone else has run into this, but I cannot find the Windows folder to do various things..... I have a feeling it has to do with Vista but I don't know....

Can anyone help me out?

You have to tell it to show hidden files and folders, and quite possibly protected OS files and folders as well. I don't remember which or both it was.

In Windows Explorer in Vista, press the alt key to show the menus, then go to Tools -> Folder Options, go to the View tab, and towards the bottom you'll see the check boxes for it.

Same boat as the OP. Tried showing hidden files... nothing. I have to transfer to device than copy paste. :confused:

You sure you unchecked hide protected system files as well, not just hidden? Because it works perfectly fine for me when I do that. I don't see what else it could be. :confused:

Click show All files on your phone folder menu option. Try that, maybe it will help
