Help: Cannot deactivate message in today screen

I have played around with different versions of a backup program, which after expiring shows a permanent line in my today screen saying "trial period expired". I tried everything: deinstalling the programm, searching the registry, etc. Nothing helped. (ok, I am not really a developer, but not a complete lefty either...:D )
Please, can anybody help me, how I can get rid of this ugly notification ?

Alright, got it finally fixed :rolleyes:

I downloaded the programm MemMaid (free trialware) and run a cleanup of my PPC. That helped and removed the bothering notification. ..and the system is faster now, too...:D
