View Full Version : G4 CIDLOCK - why can i flash wizard_love Rom using RUU and cant do it with other roms

:confused:
it's drive me crazy,
can we make ROM like Wizard_love , and use it with RUU ?
since shelltool aint good enough , it's never end the operation ( somehow i manage to flash to blackdiamond )....
anyone have the answer why wizard_love is possible , but not other roms ?

wizard_love can be flashed because the base OS wasn't touched (something like that). This is impossible with WM6.

If you want to use RUU for WM6 on your G4 Wizard, there is only one way: Pay to CID-unlock(US$38 now).

ohh i get it , what you sayin is , i can only flash with WM5 based rom .... thank you for you answer .

the samething happens to me... and i've cid unlocked by way of Hard SPL...

unlocked 8125/tmobile
ipl/spl 2.21.0001/Olip
radio 2.26
ROM Fario Crossbow
