regarding WM6 for Atom released FOR FREE

Hi brothers, i have downloaded the Atom WM6 from the link. there is only one *.NBO file in it. i do not know how to flash it. which rom i can use to replace and flash? Atom Life Wm6? or...............

Here you go.. Watchout Aku 3.3.3 post for more details.. Remember this is for ATOM Only

UPGRADE PROCEDURE:
Your device battery must be at least 80% charged.
Enter into boot loader mode: POWER+DPAD(center)+RESET (simultaneous)
Connect device to PC using USB
Run the original ROM update Xda-Atom-ENG-20060426-MOT0822.exe
On the Welcome window, click <next>
Unzip attached nb0 file into C:\Windows\Temp Folder (overwrite existing file)
Proceed upgrading and follow on screen instructions.
