Wizard upgrading - have I screwed it?

I've tried to upgrade my G3 Wizard and whilst it's working OK, it's still resolutely Windows Mobile 5

Although it's an O2 XDA Mini S, I now get a HTC screen at boot which says its a T Mobile Vario. The following screen is as follows
IPL 1.01
SPL 3.08
GSM 02.19.11
OS 1.5.42

Any help would be very much appreciated - I've searched through the various advice on the forum and tried unlocking again but without success

read the guide on cid and sim unlocking, and also the upgrading, your ipl and spl should be the same
