On Ebay, you can search for "Speaker Buzzer" for Orange SPV M600, or Dopod 818 pro, or HTC Prophet, or I-mate JAMin, or QTEK S200, etc. I bought one from a seller in Hong Kong, about £6.00 incl. p&p.

You can also bay buzzer from Motorola like L6 or L7. It will be work, and will be much cheaper.
