Ebay Schaps 3.6a - question

I will probably end up listing my Hermes on ebay when its upgrade time and was wondering whats the etiquette on using roms/pics/apps developed and posted here?

IMO it shouldn't be sold with anything but an official carrier ROM installed. That said, someone has been selling vp3G v3.0 by itself for several weeks now at $20 a pop. Apparently eBay security doesn't see that as a violation of their ToS though, despite my many objections to the contrary. :mad:

I hate to say it, vp, but if they aren't smart enough to realize they can get it for free then that's their problem. But, I do not think what he's doing is right.
