possible reg tweak?

Hi all,

Is it possible to make the Vibrate function on this phone stay on at all times (even if you set the sound etc to off).

Basicially no matter if the sound is set to on, vibrate or off I always want the phone to vibrate (or vibrate and ring if the sound is set to on) I know that the ringer/vibrate function is also controlled via the ringer options.

If there is a known reg tweak that will do this I would be very greatful, and I am sorry if this does not make much sence.

Perhaps I am being blind but I can see it anywhere. I can see a lot of information on a 'tweak' program for the Wizard but thats about it.
