Switching Input method slow

Just had for past few days problems switching input method, i hit the menun at the bottom to change but it can take 10-20 seconds for the menu to turn up which is a bit of a pain as i use keyboard and transcriber and switch a fair amount. normally used to do it very quickly..

Anyone else had this?

This happens when more items are added to the sip list. ie: more keyboard installations and skins for a keyboard that was already installed. I have this problem now and actually quite awhile in file exlorer going to the windows directory. It takes 30 - 45 secs. for the windows directory to open, but I'm assuming it's because of more software that was installed, although the last sw was installed to my SD card.
I'm using pocket CM and it takes about 7 secs. This also occurs while uploading files. Ever wonder if the files will appear because it takes so damn long?

Also, MS Voice Command causes this.

sorry i should have posted back, i found a fix.

use some backup software to backup the registry.

sktools / spb backup etc. then restore straight away back over the top and bobs your uncle. And voice command is still installed :)
