External GPS Question..

Alright, there is probably a very simple olution to this problem, but I cannot get my external gps unit to work.. (GPSlim240) It pairs to my phone then nothing. I am trying to use it with google maps. If anyone knows what com ports to use that would be great. thanks! btw I am running Schap's 3.54b, and Radio 1.50

try COM4, unsecured (uncheck the secured connection box)

hmm.. well, it powered up which is a start.. but it says that I'm off the coast of africa when I do track location through google maps.. pretty sure I'm not there

This is because it is reporting 0,0. You do not have enough sats for a fix. Go outside and coldstart the GPS. Remember 3 sats min for 2D and 4 sats min for 3D
