Windows Live Messenger contacts no longer have to sync

It's just I was reading the schaps 3.57 wiki, and at the bottom it has unsolved problems, this was one, and I immediately uploaded to rapidshare and started the thread, stupidly without searching.

I posted this in the other general problem, but was wondering if any of you Hermes user experience these issues like me..

- Using HTC X-button (version 2.0), the messenger will not close when holding down [X] button. It also doesn't show up as a running process with the X-button. The only way to close is to go into settings>memory>running programs. Not sure if it is an issue with X-button or this messenger build.

- The profile pictures of the contacts do not load up at all. Not sure if it is just a slow connection or what but I was on wifi for quite awhile and none of them loaded.

- With the onscreen keyboard up, the tabs to switch between conversations do not work. Seems that the keyboard needs to be down/minimized for the tabs to function.
