You are asking for this audio booster all the time, but please tell something more about it. I have Universal and Advantage, I am since some time here, and never heard of that. What is it, and were can you get it from? Is it available from HTC ? For what devices?

hi all. i was using this audio booster on my dopod D802 when the os was in Chinese language, dud after i change the os into English language i loose the audio booster, it wasn't simply it the program list like it was previously in the Chinese os. Since i've found several of audio booster cab that i've download and install on my dopod under the English os after installation and softrest the audio booster can be found in the PROGRAM list but never i've arrived to made it work. the audio booster load well but not able to CHECK the EQUALIZER case; thus no change can be made to the quality of the sound. Reading some forums that talk about it, i think that there's a dll file missing or some tweak should be made on the audio booster the enable the EQUALIZER case to be CHECK. anyone have a way of solving this problem??

I have the HTC Equalizer on my phone, works fine. Sounds similar to what you describe above, it provides an equalizer for the plugged-in headset but no preamp/boost. However, I never use it because I use TCPMP for all audio and video and it has its own equalizer & preamp/boost which works on the plug and bluetooth headphones. Use TCPMP and you don't need the program you are talking about.

Well if you have the htc audio booster in your phone and working fine, please extract the exe. file and post it on the forum so that we can download it and install it... dud the htc audio booster is an independent booster that boost the wmp sound only if the handsetfree is plugin, and if you using another media player that have an equalizer, as far as the handsetfree is plug onto the device, the booster will still load reboost up the output sound of that media player after the integrated equalizer of your media player boost up. no need of bluetooth or stuff whatever... thanks for help

Audio Booster works on my X7510. It came pre-installed on my stock ROM. It will only work if you have a headset plugged into the device.

If the HTC Booster is the same as my (working) HTC Equalizer application, I'll post it. But the name is different...

It looks the same with my X7510. The only difference I can see is the skin color. Mine is all BLACK background with WHITE as the color of the outlines and letters.

I guess this depends on how you encoded the movies or the music files.

I didnt encode anything.. Just playing the mp3 i downloaded and play it with my X1 as my friend trying to 'steal' mp3 from my device.

The sound is very weak especially when playing classicals.. Alot of noise when playing some trance or techno.. not to say those smooth music.. cant even hear what they're singing..
