6510b blocke during upgrade rom

Hi! i've tried to load italian rom on m 6510b like i read on this forum but the proces blocked! now phone after HardReset load old configuration and during this proces stop on image of hp that wrote SERIAL on top and v0.21 down.
What can i do? there is a solution or i must send it to hp? thanks

the problem was................windows VISTA!!!!!!!
pc with os xp did rom install
