i really need help,i cant get in my phone settings or my phonecall list,if i try to get in it,everything gets black,really need help

If you have just upgraded your ROM then you could do the following things.
1)Zero reset, or
2)Just change the ROM with another one.
You could try the new PDAViet ROM. ;)
