S710 - strange going ons!

Ok....since i turned on my phone from leaving the airport ive had to problems from my s710! firstly the continious rebooting....still does it but im not too bothered as i normally keep my phone on 24/7....although it seems to freeze up when i insert the micro sd back in.

Secondly and frankly the much more annoying thing is that the screen seems to turn off completly when im using the phone, i.e. looking at the menu screen. it doesnt turn back on until i lock the phone (although when i lock it it doenst always seem to turn it back on). anyone have simular problems and know how i could fix it?!

i think i've got the same problems as yours.
for the first one (the phone keeps restarting), i only noticed it today, and from what i've read on many forums today, majority of vox'x users got the same problem.it will probably be fixed by an official patch by htc or microsoft (at least i hope so).the only way to deal with it for now is to take out your memory card before trying to turn the phone on.
for the second problem (the backlight turns off after some secondes), i also noticed it.you only have to modify one parameters in the options (sorry, i don't have my phone with me, i can't tell you wich one.send me a mail if you don't find wich one, i will tell you.)

hi, cheers for the reply (your english is great), i sent it back to HTC and they fixed it for me. its working back to normal at the moment! thanks again
